Dig'n'it(y) Busking Fesitval - Arts, Access and a Message!

Marc who is a Board Member of the non-partisan Canada Without Poverty was part of the team who organized the Dig'n'it(y) Busking Festival in Downtown Toronto.  In this clip he introduces popular Canadian musician Craig Cardiff who plays a stirring song entitled "Safe Here."

The video was shot by Marc himself and captures the feeling of the event where sometimes the music, images and message came together just right.

Jack Layton and Marc Laferriere Host 90 Cent Dinner in Brant Riding

Federal New Democratic Leader Jack Layton visits Brant Riding on December 23rd, 2009 for a 90 cent dinner in support of the Brant NDP and their Federal Candidate Marc Laferriere.

Over 300 people attend the evening's events with 2 dinner seatings needing to be made.

Marc Speaks At Launch Event for the Capital Region Young New Democrats

Stephen Yardy of the Capital Region Young New Democrats introduces 29 year-old Brant Riding Candidate Marc Laferriere who speak about his adventures and misadventures as a young candidate.


Other presenters for the evening included MP Tony Martin (Sault Ste. Marie) and Pierre Ducasse (Former Leadership Candidate).

Videos of Marc's Birthday Bash/March To Parliament Fun!raiser.

 All the clips below were taken at the very successful fundraising event "Marc's Birthday Bash/March To Parliament" which took at the Polish Hall on Pearl St in Brantford.

The Candidate invited the community to his Birthday at another low cost event.  Much fun was had by the over 150 folks who attended and enjoyed the food, the music from True Notion and The Checkerboard Floors and a spoken Word piece by local slam poetry champion Kay'la Mahy.

Hamilton East-Stoney Creek MP Wayne Marston also attended and addressed the crowd to talk about the importance of a strong campaign team.
